Please take the time to read this! You'll get way more out of your coaching session, and we must be on the same page when working together.
Clients' personal or business information supplied in coaching sessions will be confidential.
It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client's permission.
Your coach will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your consent. You, of course, are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.
Your coach will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own goals and desired outcomes.
You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life.
Your coach will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and advice based on their experience, training, and appropriate information.
You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action.
All material relating to the program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
Payment is needed in full before all first consultations and online consultations. Please note that you will be redirected to HitPay platform to proceed to your online payment (PayNow, credit card and Apple Pay available). Only regular consultations at the practice can be paid on-site via pay now.
Rescheduling / Cancellation
Mindful Coaching & Consulting have a minimum 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, cancelled, or changed with less than 24 hours notice, the booking is non-refundable. If payment has not been made, it is considered due.
Your appointment is essential to us and is reserved especially for you. We realize that many things can come up in people's day-to-day lives.
While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. In fairness to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
However, if you need to postpone a consultation within the given deadlines (after you have booked and made payment), get in touch with me as soon as possible. I will be happy to rearrange another day/time with you.
II will only retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for (coaching consultation).
To allow me to contact you for further recommendations, I will usually keep your data for two years. If you prefer that I do not contact you further, you may let me know at any time by emailing me, at which point I will erase your data.
Access to your information:
You have the right under the Data Protection Act to access the information I hold about your family. You have the right to have your information amended or deleted upon request. If you wish to exercise this right, kindly send me a request.
