" This is a safe space"

Parent coffee talk is a friendly time where a small group of parents can share their experiences, concerns, and questions over a drink, helped by one or more professionals.
It is also where we can exchange ideas, be listened to, and support and reassure each other without judgement.
Our parent workshop is a safe space for all.
Creating a safe space requires trust, communication, and confidentiality. 
It is not necessary to be in a challenging situation to attend the parent workshops.
As a participant, I will contribute to creating a safe space by respecting the total confidentiality of the exchanges.

II will only retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for (coaching consultation).
To allow me to contact you for further recommendations, I will usually keep your data for two years. If you prefer that I do not contact you further, you may let me know at any time by emailing me, at which point I will erase your data. 

Access to your information:

You have the right under the Data Protection Act to access the information I hold about your family. You have the right to have your information amended or deleted upon request. If you wish to exercise this right, kindly send me a request.
